Golden Milk Chocolate Bliss Balls

OMG ... this is one of my absolute favourites simply because they taste amazing ANDΒ are seriously healthy!

Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

1 cup of raw cashews or almonds

1 cup of pitted dates

2 tbsp of raw cacao powder

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp of water

Golden Milk by Golden Soul (for dusting)

Method:

Soak the nuts overnight

Mix the nuts in your food processor.

Add in the dates then mix well.

Add in the cacao and a pinch of salt.

Add in the water – more or less depending on the consistency. You need the balls to stick together, but still be able to roll them.

Roll them into balls with the palm of your hands and then dust them with a healthy amount of our Golden Milk by Golden Soul blend.

Keep in the fridge.

Note: You can also add different nuts or seeds, desiccated coconut, dried figs – the options are endless so feel free to experiment with the recipe and tweak it to suit your tastes.

Sunshine Sandwich

Create your own sunshine sandwich with Golden Milk Cauliflower Flatbread.

SettingΒ Time: 30 mins (nuts must be soaked overnight before you start)

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons of Golden Milk by Golden Soul

1 tablespoon of boiling water

2 cups of raw riced cauliflower

4 eggs

1 cup of almond meal

Pinch of salt

Pinch of pepper

Method:

Just mix 2 teaspoons of Golden Milk by Golden Soul with 1 tablespoon of boiling water to make a paste.

Pour into a mixing bowl with 2 cups of raw riced cauliflower, 4 eggs, 1 cup of almond meal and some salt & pepper.

Mix well and pour onto an oven tray lined with baking paper and place in a preheated oven at 180Β°C (356Β°F)Β for 30 minutes.

Allow to cool and cut into desired shapes.

Top with your favourite fillings for a healthy and delicious lunch.

These gummies are really simple to make and so yummy.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of our Golden Milk by Golden Soul

1 cup of boiling water

1 tablespoon of raw honey

1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger

2 teaspoons of gelatin powder

Method:

Mix 1 tablespoon of our Golden Milk by Golden Soul blend with 1 cup of boiling water.

Then add 1 tablespoon of raw honey, 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger and 2 teaspoons of gelatin powder.

Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved and then pour into a mould or ice-cube tray and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until gelatin is set.

Carefully squeeze them out and keep in an airtight container.

They will keep up to 7 days in the fridge πŸ’›

A sweet afternoon treat – golden milk yummy tummy bark!

Ingredients:

β…“ cup slivered almonds (or chopped nuts of your choice)

β…“ cup coconut oil

ΒΌ cup coconut butter

2 tablespoons of Golden Milk by Golden Soul mixed with 1 tablespoon of boiling water to make a paste

1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice (I used Stevia)

Pinch of vanilla bean powder

Method:

Line a tray with baking paper. Mix all the ingredients (except the almonds/nuts) thoroughly in a bowl.

Then stir in the almonds/nuts.

Pour the mixture onto the tray and put in the freezer to set for around 15 minutes.

Once your tummy bark has set, break it up roughly into smaller pieces and enjoy.

It’s best to keep it in the freezer until it’s ready to serve.

Golden Milk Cashew Cheese Tarts with Chocolate Buckini Base

Golden Milk cashew cheese tarts with chocolate buckinis base and a heavy-handed drizzle of chocolate coconut butter. These are one of my favourite recipes and a seriously delicious.

Ingredients:

Base

Β½ cup almonds

ΒΌ cup shredded coconut

ΒΌ cup chocolate buckini clusters

1 Β½ tablespoon coconut nectar

Β½ cup medjool dates, pitted

Pinch Himalayan sea salt

Cashew Cream Cheese Layer

1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 4 hours

β…“ cup coconut milk

ΒΌ cup coconut nectar

Β½ tsp vanilla powder

2 tablespoon Golden Milk by Golden Soul

2 tablespoon ground coconut paste

2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

Pinch Himalayan sea salt

Method:

Base

Firstly, make the bases by combining the almonds, coconut, buckinis and salt in a food processor, pulsing to combine until small crumbs form. Then add the dates and coconut nectar, blending on high for 1 minute, until you get an even texture. Finally, press your base mixture into desired pans, and set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.

Cashew Cream Cheese Layer

Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan. Mix in the Golden Milk by Golden Soul blend, set aside to cool for 5 minutes. Blend all ingredients (including cooled coconut oil) in a high-speed blender, on high for roughly 2 minutes, ensuring your mixture is very smooth and uniform.

Pour mixture over the bases and set in the freezer until firm (4 hours). To serve, allow 20 minutes to defrost.

To finish, garnish cheesecakes with a good drizzle of melted chocolate coconut butter.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of Golden Milk by Golden Soul

1 cup of boiling water

Squeeze of honey

1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger

4 tablespoons of chia seeds

Method:

Mix 1 tablespoon of Golden Milk by Golden Soul with 1 cup of boiling water.

Add a squeeze of honey, then add in 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger and 4 tablespoons of chia seeds.

Give it a good stir, pour into a glass and leave it in the fridge to chill overnight.

Top with berries or the fruit of your choice and breakfast is served.

Go against the grain with this delicious banana & coconut bread. Our recipe features the nourishing blend of turmeric, natural spices and premium coconut milk made by Golden Milk by Golden Soul. Grain free so it's perfect for a Paleo friendly diet or anyone avoiding wheat and/or gluten.

Ingredients:

3 eggs

Pinch of salt

2 bananas, mashed

1 tablespoon, raw honey or maple syrup

1-2 tablespoons Golden Milk by Golden Soul

100 ml boiling water

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1.5 cups almond meal

1 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder

3 tablespoons of tapioca flour

Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (or both)

1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

2 tablespoons desiccated coconut

3 tablespoons walnuts, crushed or chopped

ΒΌ cup diced figs

Method

Preheat oven to 165Β°C (330Β°F).

Brush load tin with coconut oil and line with non-stick baking paper.

Crack eggs into a large mixing bowl, add a pinch of salt and whisk until they are thick and foamy.

Add mashed banana, honey and coconut oil.

Mix Golden Milk by Golden Soul with 100 ml boiling water in a separate jug and pour into mixing bowl with other ingredients.

Whisk together until well combined.

Add almond meal, baking powder, tapioca, cinnamon/nutmeg, ginger, walnuts and figs and mix together well.

Pour the batter into the loaf tin and decorate with some extra walnuts.

Bake for 45-55 minutes in the oven on the middle shelf. Insert a bamboo skewer into the middle. If it comes out dry, your banana bread is done.

Cool for 5-10 minutes in the tin before lifting it out.

Slice and enjoy.
